The Emerald package is for the bride who needs a little assistance in planning her
wedding. We will be with you to guide you through the planning process.

♥ Initial Consultation
We ask you to bring magazine clipping, ideas, or anything that shows your vision for your
wedding day. During this consultation you will be asked to complete a bride and groom
worksheet. At our first meeting, we’ll spend time getting to know you and finding out what’
s important about your wedding day. Once you have hired us all calls and e-mail are
unlimited. Feel free to contact us whenever needed. We are here to answer any questions
you may have.
♥ Budget Assistance
We will discuss your budget and make sure it allows the most important aspects of your
wedding to shine. Our specialty is getting you the most for your money.
♥ Vendors
We will recommend vendors based on your budget and vision for your wedding. We will
set up and attend the initial meeting with you. At this meeting together we will explain your
vision and discuss your budget. Approximately one month prior to your wedding we will
attend a final meeting with the vendors to review contracts.
♥ Planning
We are here to guide you through the planning process. You will have 3 consultations with
us. At each meeting will we review each step of the planning process and make sure
everything is right on schedule, making any suggestions as necessary. At our final meeting
we will tie up any loose ends and create the wedding day time line. A copy of this will be
provided to everyone involved in the wedding, including vendors.
♥ Rehearsal
We will be on site at your rehearsal with a detailed time line for everyone in your wedding
party. During this time we will do a walk through of the processional, ceremony and
recessional. This will ensure everyone is aware of their part on your “big day”.
♥ Wedding Day
We will be the first to arrive, guiding everyone through the wedding day time line. When its
time for the processional your planner will have everyone lined up and ready to walk. Just
before your walk down the isle we will make sure your dress is fluffed and looks perfect.
We will be there through the entire ceremony.
♥ Reception
We will be the first ones to arrive at the reception site. We will supervise the set up and
make sure everything is exactly as you envisioned it. Everything will be taken care of so you
can relax and enjoy the celebration with your family and friends.
